WHAT DID SHE SAY...?

Note:
Every story is like a coin, it has two sides-be a
good listener, always listen to both sides, then,
you'll be a good judge.
Here is a captivating story for your reading
pleasure... I hope you'll learn too.
Enjoy...
It was a beautiful tuesday morning, as usually, our
literature teacher came into the class to teach.
Normally, she will always tell us a story to get the
attention of the class before the main study-you
know, students likes stories.
This day was not different, she came in and we
were all ready to laugh like we always do.
But her story for the day was different!
Here is it...
“Once upon a time, a couple was returning from a
journey in their little canoe. In the canoe was only
a life jacket.
As they were going, there came a mighty storm,
both of them were afraid as the canoe started
sinking.
At that moment, the husband picked up the life
jacket, put it on and jumped into the water leaving
his helpless wife with the sinking canoe.
His wife stood on with tears flowing from her eyes,
sinking with the canoe and shouting seriously on
her husband."
The Teacher pursed, looked round the class as all
of us were quite, she then asked, “What do you
think she shouted?”
Most of the students answered, “I hate you!!”
Some said, "I will never forgive you!!"
Others added, "you are wicked!!"
Now, after listening to all these replies, she noticed
that there was a boy sitting silently throughout.
So she asked him to answer the same question.
The Boy answered, “MADAM, I believe she would
have shouted – Please take care of our only
child.”
Listening to this boy, the teacher was surprised
then asked him, “Have you heard this story
before?”
The Boy shook his head and said, “No i haven’t
but that is what my mother told my father before
she died of cancer.”
The Teacher was dump founded, she couldn't
control herself and didn't know when she busted
out in tears, lamenting with majority of us in the
class crying along.
Moments later, she cleaned her eyes, walked close
to the boy, patted him on the shoulder and slowly
said, “Your answer was right my dear. May your
mum's soul rest in peace.”
The class echoed "AMEN!!!"
The story didn't end there so, she continued:
“The canoe sank and the woman died, the Man
went home and brought up their little daughter all
alone.
He did everything within his might to make the girl
happy until she grew.
Many years has passed, the little girl has grown
into a beautiful lady.
The man grew old and later died.
One day, the daughter was tiding up all her
father's belonging, she found his dairy in his bed
room.
In that dairy, she found out that when her parents
when in the canoe, her mother was already
diagnosed with a terminal illness and at a critical
moment (while the canoe was sinking) and that
was why the father rushed to the only chance of
survival.”
In his dairy the man wrote about how he wished
he could sink to the bottom of ocean with his wife
but for the sake of their only daughter he had to
live."
The lady saw that she was loved by her both
parent, the thought of the event she read made her
cry... She wept profusely... She cried for her
parent, she cried for love...!
And that was how our lesson ended with the
story... LOL
Lets Wait and Think...
Most time, we judge without knowing the indepth of
the event we are passing judgement on.
Dear Reader,
Let us know that there are two sides to what ever
happens in this world, and there maybe many
complications behind them which are hard to
understand.
So we should not really focus on the surface and
judge anyone without understanding them first.
Hope you learned.
